Hello, my name is Victor Gutierrez, and I am the owner & operator of Exceptional Home Improvements LLC.  I take pride in the work we do, and am highly involved in every customer project from start to finish. Customer satisfaction is my top priority. The majority of my customers are repeat customers-for a good reason.

My background includes over 15 years of experience working in the building and construction/repair industries. This has included working in maintenance for a property management firm, as well as the fields of building construction, flooring installation, and attic & crawlspace insulation.  This broad work experience has allowed me to cultivate a versatile and capable skill set to assist you with your home repair needs.

I am also bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish. I look forward to helping you with your next home improvement project.
